I must add that before we got to Roswell I learned an
important lesson...if you look to the horizon, up over that
hill...somewhere we ran out of gas.
Yes I am serious. This stretch of forsaken highway is more
than 100 miles long and nothing until Roswell. I forgot that
my truck is only getting 9 miles to the gallon...

Whoa! You've dropped from 12 mpg to 9 mpg? Ouch!
Another travel tip we should have given you. Always try to fill up when the tank is half full.
